Matt is a Wilmington native who enjoys surfing, fishing, and anything outdoors. His love for sharpening began on a whetstone back in 2020. After cutting his his first sheet of paper with a razor sharp knife, he knew he was hooked on sharpening.

After sharpening for friends, family, and co-workers for several years, Matt turned his passion into a much needed and thriving business here in Wilmington, NC in August 2024
